Terms & Conditions

These are the terms on which RUVEQ Solutions makes this website available to you. They are deliberately short and specific to a pre-launch marketing site — there is no product to subscribe to here, so there is nothing in them about subscriptions, fees or service levels.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

If you are using this site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and “you” means that organisation.

These terms apply to the website. They do not grant you any right to use the Everiko product, which is not yet available and which will have its own agreement when it is.

Who we are

This website is operated by RUVEQ Solutions, Mangalore, Karnataka, India, contactable at [email protected]. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean RUVEQ Solutions; “Everiko” means our product of that name; and “this site” means this website and its content.

What this website is

This is a pre-launch informational website. Its purpose is to describe what we are building and to let you get in touch about it.

Everiko is not generally available, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell it. It is in private testing with a small number of invited accounts. No page here creates a contract, a licence, a reservation, a price, a delivery commitment or a release date. Joining a waitlist or requesting a demonstration or testing access does not entitle you to any of them, and we may decide not to release the product, or to release something materially different from what is described here.

The demonstration film and the interactive avatar on this site show work in progress. They are illustrative of intended behaviour, not a specification of the finished product, and recorded footage may have been edited for length and clarity.

Figures, timelines and countdowns shown on this site are our current expectations and may change without notice.

Private testing and accounts

The /gateway page is the way into Everiko while it is in private testing. Two things happen there, and different terms apply to each.

  • Requesting access. Anyone may ask. Asking does not entitle you to an account. We create accounts at our sole discretion, we may decline a request without giving a reason, and we are under no obligation to respond to every request or to keep a place for anyone.
  • Signing in. If we have created an account for you, you may use it yourself. You may not share it, resell it, or let anyone else sign in with it. Keep the password to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has it.

Your use of the Everiko application is governed by that application’s own terms, not by these. These terms cover this website, including the gateway page itself; they stop at the point you are signed in. Testing access is provided as-is and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, with or without notice — that is what testing means. Do not rely on it for anything that matters, and do not assume anything you put into it will survive.

Attempting to sign in with credentials that are not yours, or trying to obtain an account by giving us false information, is a breach of these terms and may also be an offence.

Forward-looking statements

Much of this site is necessarily about the future: what Everiko will do, who it will help, and when. Statements of that kind — anything containing words like will, plans to, expects, aims to or is designed to — are forward-looking statements. They reflect our beliefs and intentions at the date of this page, and they rest on assumptions about technology, funding, regulation and timing that may turn out to be wrong.

Actual results may differ materially. We give no assurance that any forward-looking statement will be achieved, and except where the law requires it we are under no obligation to update any of them. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a promise of future performance, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation of an investment in RUVEQ Solutions or an invitation to subscribe for any security.

What you may do

You may view this site, and you may quote from it or link to it for normal purposes — reporting, research, internal evaluation, sharing it with a colleague — provided you do not alter the meaning of what you quote and you attribute it to RUVEQ Solutions.

You may print or save a copy of a page, including these terms and the privacy notice, for your own records.

What you may not do

You agree not to:

  • Use this site in breach of any applicable law, or for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
  • Submit the contact form under a false identity, on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, or with an email address that is not yours to use.
  • Submit someone else’s personal data through the form without their knowledge, or send us confidential information belonging to a third party.
  • Attempt to defeat the rate limiting or anti-automation measures on the contact form, or send bulk, repeated or unsolicited commercial messages through it.
  • Attempt to sign in to an account that is not yours, test credentials you were not given, or try to obtain testing access by misrepresenting who you are or what you intend to do.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of this site or the server behind it, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not publicly served. If you believe you have found a security issue, please tell us at [email protected] rather than exploring further — we would much rather hear from you than not.
  • Place an unreasonable load on the site, including by scraping it at a rate that degrades it for others, or by any denial-of-service technique.
  • Reproduce or republish a substantial part of this site, or use its content to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission.
  • Re-host, redistribute or extract the demonstration film, the 3D avatar model, the logos or the imagery for use outside this site.
  • Frame or mirror this site in a way that implies an association with, or endorsement by, RUVEQ Solutions where none exists; or remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice on it.
  • Introduce any virus, worm or other malicious code, or interfere with the site’s operation or with anyone else’s use of it.

We may restrict or block access to this site from any source that breaches the above, without notice.

Our intellectual property

All content on this site — the text, layout, design, colour system, iconography, photographs, the demonstration film, the 3D avatar model and the underlying source code — is owned by RUVEQ Solutions or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The names Everiko and RUVEQ Solutions, and the logos associated with them, are our trade marks. Beyond the quoting and linking described under what you may do, you may not use them — including in a product name, domain name, app listing, social handle or advertising — without our prior written permission.

Nothing on this site transfers ownership of anything, and nothing on it grants a licence to our intellectual property by implication, estoppel or otherwise. All rights not expressly given here are reserved.

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] identifying the work, the page it appears on and the basis of your claim, and we will investigate and respond.

Third-party names and logos

This site displays the names and emblems of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the MeitY Startup Hub and Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management in order to acknowledge support received under the MeitY GENESIS Entrepreneur-in-Residence programme and incubation at the SHINE Foundation.

Those marks belong to their respective owners. They are shown for attribution only. Their appearance here does not mean any of those organisations endorses, sponsors, certifies or is responsible for Everiko, RUVEQ Solutions, or any statement on this site. Any other third-party names or marks on this site belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

What you send us

When you send us a message through the contact form or by email, you give us permission to read it, store it and use it to respond to you and to run our business — which is the whole reason the form exists. How we handle the personal data in it is described in the Privacy Notice.

Three things worth being explicit about:

  • It is not confidential, and there is no NDA. Please do not send us trade secrets, unpublished inventions or anything else you need kept in confidence. If you want a confidential conversation, ask us for one first and we will put an agreement in place before you send anything.
  • Unsolicited ideas. If you send us a suggestion, feature idea or proposal without our asking for it, you agree we are free to use it without obligation, payment or attribution, and that we may already be working on something similar or identical. We are not agreeing to keep it secret, to review it, or to refrain from developing anything in the same area.
  • You are responsible for what you send. You confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.

We are not obliged to reply to any message, and we may decline to engage with any enquiry.

No professional advice

The content of this site is general information about what we are building. It is not legal, financial, medical, clinical, therapeutic, accessibility or other professional advice, and it must not be relied on as such.

Everiko is described in places as useful for communication, companionship and support. It is not a medical device, it is not a diagnostic or therapeutic tool, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you need help with your health or your mental health, please speak to a professional or, in an emergency, to your local emergency services.

Availability and changes

We make this site available free of charge and on an “as is” basis. We give no undertaking that it will be available uninterrupted, at any particular time, or at all. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of it — or all of it — at any time, without notice and without liability.

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. For a material change we will make it visible on this page for a reasonable period. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the site.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and everything on it are provided without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. In particular we do not warrant that:

  • the information on this site is complete, accurate or current — it describes a product under development and it will go out of date;
  • the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of error, or that defects will be corrected;
  • the site or the server that serves it is free of viruses or other harmful components;
  • the site will meet your requirements or be fit for any particular purpose you have in mind.

You are responsible for the device, browser and connection you use to access this site, and for keeping them secure.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or condition that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory right you have as a consumer. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUVEQ Solutions and its founders, employees and contractors will not be liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss;
  • loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings;
  • loss or corruption of data, or the cost of restoring it;
  • any loss arising from your reliance on information on this site, from a forward-looking statement that does not come to pass, from the site being unavailable, or from a third-party site you reached through a link here.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this site and these terms is limited to ₹10,000 (ten thousand Indian rupees), or its equivalent in the currency you were charged, or the amount you have paid us in connection with this site, whichever is greater. Since this site is free to use, that amount will ordinarily be ₹10,000 or its equivalent. These terms are governed by Indian law, so the cap is set in rupees; what you pay Everiko for, if anything, is charged in rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

These limits apply however the liability arises — in contract, in tort including negligence, under statute or otherwise — and apply even if we were told the loss was possible.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RUVEQ Solutions against any claim, loss, damage or reasonable cost (including legal costs) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of this site, or anything unlawful you send through it. This does not apply to a claim caused by our own breach or negligence, and we will tell you promptly about any claim we intend to rely on this clause for and give you the opportunity to take part in defending it.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. In short: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, and the contact form exists so that we can reply to you.

This site links to pages we do not control, including those of the organisations acknowledged on it and our own company site. We are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with this site, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

The courts at Mangalore, Karnataka, India, have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we submit to it.

If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, or to the protection of your local consumer law, that right is not taken away by this section.

Before starting proceedings, please write to us at [email protected]. Most disagreements are cheaper and faster to resolve in an email than in a court.

General

Entire agreement
These terms and the privacy notice are the whole agreement between us about this website, and they replace anything said about it beforehand. Nothing here limits your remedies for a fraudulent statement.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is narrowed or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest continues to apply.
No waiver
If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business, on terms that do not reduce your rights.
No partnership or agency
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between us.
Third parties
These terms are between you and us. Nobody else may enforce them.
Language
These terms are provided in English. If we publish a translation and the two disagree, the English version applies.
