When the minutes run out
Calls pause until the next month, or carry on with credits you have bought. Nothing is charged that you did not buy — there is no automatic top-up and no overage on a personal plan.

Organisations get a demonstration first and sign an agreement. Unlike a personal plan, minutes beyond the pool are billed at month end — $0.04 a talk minute and $0.14 a living-face minute.

How payment works
Where, and with what
You pay in the web application, at app.everiko.com → Subscription, through our payment provider Razorpay, by credit or debit card. Payments outside India are charged in US dollars.
Renewing, and stopping
A plan renews every month on the day you started it. Before each renewal your bank or UPI app sends you a notice, and you can stop renewing at any time in Subscription. The plan stays on until the end of the month you have paid for.
What you are charged
The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, in US dollars. Your card issuer sets the rate if your own currency is something else. A receipt reaches your email after every payment.
